How the product is designed
- Local first: selected media files are fingerprinted in the browser and are not uploaded.
- Explicit sync: an optional account can sync structured records only after the user enables it.
- Source linked: Article 50 workflows point to primary guidance rather than produce a compliance score.
- Portable: teams can export records for clients, internal files, or later handoffs.
Editorial method
PublishProof’s guides start with primary public sources, especially European Commission material and the AI Act text. We translate those sources into operational questions for agency teams, link the source beside the guidance, and distinguish a documented workflow from legal advice or certification.
We update a guide when the underlying public guidance changes or when a practical production question needs a clearer answer. We do not publish fabricated case studies, customer quotes, review scores, or claims that the product guarantees compliance.
