These terms describe the PublishProof founding agency licence. They supplement the checkout and payment terms presented by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record.
Free trial
You may create one publication record to evaluate the workflow. The trial does not grant ongoing commercial agency use.
Commercial licence
A completed one-time purchase grants the purchasing agency a perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use PublishProof for its own work and client work. The licence permits unlimited publication records and up to five simultaneous browser or device activations within that agency.
You may deactivate an installation and reuse that activation elsewhere. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, or make the service available as a competing product. A receipt and valid licence key are proof of entitlement.
Updates and availability
The founding licence includes workflow updates made available during the first 12 months after purchase. The version available at the end of that period remains licensed. PublishProof is provided as a practical recordkeeping aid, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that it determines legal compliance.
Privacy and local storage
The controller for the optional account and record-sync activity described here is Srevana, the sole-trader business of Damilare John Ogunmola. Contact details are in the legal notice.
Publication records are stored in the browser’s local storage unless the user explicitly enables optional account sync. Selected files are processed locally to create a SHA-256 fingerprint and are never uploaded; only the fingerprint is retained in the record.
Licence activation sends the licence key and a non-personal browser-instance label to Lemon Squeezy for verification. The checkout email entered in PublishProof is compared locally with the order email returned by Lemon Squeezy; only a one-way hash is retained on the device. Checkout, tax and receipt data are processed by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms. Clearing browser data may remove records and the local activation, so customers should export JSON backups regularly.
Optional account and record sync
Creating an account is optional. Sign in with a code sent to your work email; PublishProof never sees or stores a password. Clerk processes account authentication, and record sync remains off until the signed-in user explicitly enables it.
When sync is enabled, structured publication records—including client, campaign, review and disclosure information—are transmitted over HTTPS to EU-hosted account storage. Original selected media files are never uploaded. Access is restricted to the authenticated record owner and an active purchase linked to the same email address. Users can disable sync, export local records, or delete the cloud account and all synced records from the workspace.
