The missing layer

Your tools make the asset.
Your team still owns the decision.

PublishProof creates a lightweight record between generation and publication: the AI contribution, source file fingerprint, human review, disclosure reasoning, and final approval.

1

Capture

Add the campaign facts and fingerprint the final file without uploading it.

2

Check

Follow a conservative, source-linked Article 50 decision path.

3

Approve

Name the reviewer, record the label decision, and preserve the rationale.

4

Prove

Export a portable record for the client, audit file, or future handoff.

Private workspace

Campaign evidence,
kept close.

Local by default

Records and file fingerprints stay in this browser unless you explicitly enable optional account sync. Files are hashed on your device and are never uploaded.

Source-linked, deliberately conservative

Built around the official guidance—not a fear-based compliance score.

The recommendation engine separates interactive AI disclosure, potential deep-fake labelling, public-interest text, provider markings, and human review. It records your facts and points to the source; it does not promise compliance.

Before you purchase

Clear answers,
before checkout.

What happens after payment?

Lemon Squeezy emails your receipt and licence key. The welcome page can activate the browser immediately, and the same key can activate up to five browsers or devices.

Do I need an account?

No. The free record and licensed local workspace work without an account. An optional secure account can synchronise records between devices without removing local-only mode.

Where are my records stored?

By default, structured records stay in this browser. If you explicitly enable optional account sync, encrypted transport sends the structured record to EU-hosted account storage. PublishProof never uploads the selected media file; it calculates and stores only a SHA-256 fingerprint.

Is this legal advice?

No. PublishProof is a conservative, source-linked workflow and recordkeeping aid. Your organisation remains responsible for its legal assessment and publication decisions.
